Oral Surgeon / Implantologist

DentalDate TMJ Institute is seeking an experienced Oral Surgeon / Implantologist to join our multidisciplinary team.

We specialize in comprehensive interdisciplinary treatment where surgery is an integral part of functional rehabilitation rather than an isolated procedure. Our surgeons work closely with prosthodontists, orthodontists, periodontists, and gnathologists to achieve predictable, long-term clinical outcomes.

We are looking for a clinician with outstanding surgical skills, excellent treatment planning abilities, and a commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Applications without clinical cases will not be reviewed. Please submit completed surgical and implant cases with BEFORE and AFTER clinical photographs, radiographs (CBCT where applicable), and a brief description of diagnosis, treatment planning, surgical procedure, and final outcome.

What you will do

  • Dental implant placement
  • Immediate implant placement and immediate loading protocols
  • Bone augmentation and guided bone regeneration (GBR)
  • Sinus floor elevation (open and closed techniques)
  • Soft tissue grafting and peri-implant tissue management
  • Surgical extractions, including impacted third molars
  • Pre-prosthetic surgery
  • Management of surgical complications
  • Comprehensive implant treatment planning using digital workflows and CBCT
  • Collaboration with prosthodontists, orthodontists, periodontists, and gnathologists on multidisciplinary rehabilitation cases

What we are looking for

  • Degree in Dentistry with Oral Surgery and/or Implantology specialization
  • Valid DHA License (or eligibility)
  • Minimum 5 years of surgical and implantology experience
  • Strong experience with advanced implant rehabilitation
  • Experience with bone grafting and sinus augmentation
  • Excellent understanding of digital implant planning
  • Ability to work within a multidisciplinary treatment team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with full-arch implant rehabilitation (All-on-X, full-arch immediate loading)
  • Digital guided implant surgery
  • Soft tissue plastic surgery around implants
  • Management of complex implant complications
  • Experience treating severe bone deficiency cases
  • International implantology training or recognized implant certification
  • Experience with zygomatic or pterygoid implants is an advantage

Clinical case submission — required

Please submit 5–10 completed surgical and implant cases, including:

  • Clinical photographs before treatment
  • CBCT and radiographic documentation
  • Surgical planning
  • Intraoperative photographs (where available)
  • Implant placement documentation
  • Prosthetic outcome (if completed)
  • Follow-up photographs
  • Short case description including diagnosis, treatment plan, surgical protocol, biomaterials used, and final outcome

Preference will be given to candidates demonstrating complex implant rehabilitation, bone augmentation procedures, sinus lift cases, immediate implant protocols, full-arch rehabilitation, and long-term follow-up results.
