We apply gel (benzocaine) to the mucosa and wait 30 seconds. In order to reduce bleeding during the operation, I clamp the mucosa along the line of the future incision with a maskit. Using a scalpel, I dissect the mucosal strand and then remove the connective tissue. I carry out mobilization of the edges, sutures. Acepta ointment dental adhesive.
Recommendations: treat the wound with 0.05% chlorhexidine or miramistin after each meal.
