Front Desk Administrator
Anyone can hand out forms and book appointments. We are looking for someone who turns a nervous patient into a loyal one. A premium dental clinic in Dubai is hiring a Front Desk Administrator.
We are not looking for “just a receptionist.” We want someone who knows how to build warm, trusting relationships — a person who listens, communicates with genuine care, presents our services with confidence, and makes every patient feel looked after from the very first hello. Your responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting patients on arrival
- Scheduling, confirming, rescheduling, and canceling appointments
- Advising patients on services, pricing, and current offers
- Communicating with patients by phone and messaging apps
- Handling payments and processing insurance eligibility & approvals
- Maintaining patient records and day-to-day documentation
- Coordinating front-desk operations and keeping the reception area in order
- Following confidentiality standards and internal clinic procedures
What we are looking for
- Currently based in the UAE, with local front-desk or customer-service experience
- 2+ years in a front-desk, reception, or guest-relations role
- Strong service mindset and attention to the patient experience
- Confident sales, phone, and appointment-handling skills
- A warm, tactful, and natural communication style
- The ability to hear what a patient needs and suggest the right solution
- Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Comfortable handling payments and basic invoicing
- Confident MS Office user
- Clear communication, reliability, proactivity, and a team-player attitude
Nice to have
- Experience in a dental, medical, or aesthetic clinic is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Additional languages
- Experience working with premium-segment clients
