She had been fitted with temporary crowns that had serious flaws, including:
- a traumatic shape,
- inflamed and bleeding gums,
- aesthetics that didn’t match her facial proportions or dental arch.
Additionally, permanent crowns had already been placed in the posterior region. These were also poorly executed and caused chronic gum inflammation.
