The first stage of treatment involved expanding the upper jaw using a HAAS appliance, which helped normalize its size. Following a detailed diagnosis, positioning overlays were placed on the primary teeth to gradually adapt the lower jaw to a physiologically correct position.
As a result, a beautiful, harmonious smile was achieved. The patient remains under dynamic observation.
